Looks like a bastardized D model. The turtledeck is using metal bows instead of plywood formers. The notched wings don't go with the turtledeck fuselage and weren't out in 1941.Regards,

Tim,
I contacted the owner and according to the serial number he gave me it's an L2-A that looks like someone has tried to modify the rear portion of the fuselage. I will try to get to Nikiski in the next couple of weeks and take a closer look at it.Bob Picard
