Need to buy a glass gascolator bowl

I broke my gascolator bowl this evening. I have a 65 hp continental. Anybody have one they would part with?

It was a place in Chicago.
I brought two, it was cheap.

Tractor supply had a bowl that looked just like mine (like a piece of large glass tube). I think it was used on some kind of wheel barrow.

This brings up another question to me. My gascolator bowl is aluminum. This is in a '46 - 65hp engine. I like that it can't break but I can't see in there either. It hasn't been an issue as it collects little to no crud. Is this common, unusual, good, bad?

Too long ago I owned a BC12-D, N43497, and foolishly sold it. At some point I needed a new glass for my gascolater. I found that the Luscombe Club
was selling perfectly new gascolaters just like my old one, glass and all.
I hope they still exist as a club and have the gascolaters. I don't remember the manufacturer. Hope this helps. Pete B

I have a glass bowl I would be willing to give/lend you if you would return it or replace it with another at some point in the future. I don't need it but would like to keep the gascolator complete. If interested e mail me the dimensions [email protected]
