Tribe- I'm looking for an old set of BC12-D front struts for use on my clipwing. I will be cutting them open so the inspection will be easy- I'll seal them after I shorten/ weld for use on the clipwing. I have a good set of rear struts- just need some front ones. let me know what you have- close to NC is better!

If you can prove they have no corrosion and you can get the FAA to accept it as an alternative method of compliance, I don;t see why not.Originally posted by mhorowit View Post

Very reason I collect old struts from all anitque airplanes. Unfortunatley I don't have any good "B" struts but i probably got enough other good struts from other planes that could be cut downOriginally posted by Acroeric View Post
