I made a post in the everyday discussion. It seems like they are doing one last order of pulleys next month and they are looking to get an order count together

I have a 1941 BF12-65 S/N 2972 that became the equivalent of a BC12D-4-85 over the years via time and money injection. The list in #21 above is a copy-paste of my receipt minus personal info and the Luscombe document's components. That should work for a Pre-WWII Taylorcraft.

GL Jim with your project. The Luscombe folks sent what they felt was required. I didn't install a couple of the small ones in the rear fuselage because it was covered. They can be replaced as needed later, or 3-D above is correct and not needed on later models. I don't know.

The factory pulleys were well worn so replacement was a good idea. Now the system friction is reduced and the cables inspected. Good for many years.

Also inspect the special trim cable pulley in the tail. It's got a "V" notch to better grab the small cable. If worn into a "U" carefully create a V shape again with the right file or tool like a flat thin saw blade.

Not having the airframe to refer to (yet) I am in the process of stockpiling parts for the 46BC12D . Any one please that can provide me the number and size of the pulleys needed. About to make a call to Classis Aero... I do see the bolt size and thickness references in the post(s) Thank You .
