Aren't those the sliding door windows? I thought you were talking about the D windows.

Photos look fine to me "Because I was inverted at the time" ;-)

Do you want the window frames for the doors? I don't have metal frames for the D windows. I made mine out of two pieces of 1/8" plywood.

When Walter was talking about the D windows, I thought he was talking about BC-12D (model D) windows, if that make sense. I'm new at this. Sorry for the confusion. Maybe I've been inverted a little too much.

I was thinking that someone had found a way to make the D windows pop out so as to pull the air out in flight (front edge hinge with the back able to pop out a little). Sounded like a great way to pull more air through the cockpit, especially on the ground.
It has been REALLY HOT here lately and cockpits feel like a furnace after being parked on the ramp for any time! I have flown about 18 hours in the last month and a half and have been SOAKED in sweat after flight. God's air conditioner (cooler higher) is a life saver but the taxi back leaves you soaked.

My next question "would have been" how did you make it legal? If no one really has done this, I may have to look at it, but an STC would make it not cost effective.
