Once again decided to sell our YO-57 project. I will never have time to get to it. s/n 4011, it is #4 of 4 of the acceptance airplanes. Logs back to '45 until it quit flying in 1970. I have the metal spar wings for it, plus one extra metal spar wing included. Mostly complete, and I think everything is nice or in good rebuildable condition. I have patterns for the turtle deck. I have an NOS lower cowl for it. Fuselage is in chromate, wings still have covering on them. Will sell with or without A65 core, also have a set of new Univair struts that are not a part of the project, but could be negotiated to go with it. Currently not able to get decent pics of it because of its location in our building, but if your serious about buying it, I suggest seeing it in person. Probably one of the more historically significant Taylorcrafts you could own. $6500 for the project plus the extras I mentioned.
I also have a print copy of all the drawings the Smithsonian has for the L-2 including engineering data. These was made long before the CD was ever available. I could also be persuaded to sell with project for the right price.
