Just saw on Barnstormers an estate sale selling a bunch of T-Craft parts, including yokes and shafts.
    Cheers,

If your ok with none original, I have two yokes from my 46 that were "modified" but functional see photos

I etched them (difficult to do these days because its hard to get none-chromate conversion for magnesium) epoxy primed and black top coat.

        Re: Wanted 1946 control yokes

These three came out of a 1946 BC12D-85 a guy was parting out in Alaska. Bought them before I got my '41 so available to highest bidder:

All 3 have center balls and original Taylorcraft logo emblems but one ball is rougher than the other two.

That said there is no reason they shouldn't clean up well enough for an authentic restoration.

(...Basically, make me an offer I can't refuse! I can't use 'em.)

When I rebuilt my '46 Taylorcraft, I got a new set from Univair (Ercoupe control yokes). The Pretzel type.

Mind you, Bill Fife in the post above has the same. (3-seat Taylorcraft?

Good call Rob! They were in his shop but I never knew which two were installed and which was a spare.

The only 3-seat Taylorcraft I am aware of had stick controls and inline engines.

In any case all three come with torque tubes /shafts ready for installation.
