Aileron Ribs ?????

Hey Guys,
Anyone got any aileron ribs to spare? I need one aileron set. I have the spar for pattern and all the hardware. Just need the ribs. Cost?

I do have to ask, but can you not buy an aileron and use those ribs?

Or even use the whole new aileron?

I understand and it would seem like the simplest way to go, but it's like this, Rob. Most ailerons you find need to be rebuilt and shipping is a lot cheaper for a box of ribs than a whole aileron. I have three ailerons. All need to be rebuilt with new spars, LEs and TEs. Two have all ribs aft of the spar mangled. I would rather rebuild and know what I have. Hence my need for a set of ribs.

I have a few ribs. I also think I have 2 complete ailerons. I live in NY state. A few years ago I shipped an aileron to a guy, it just was just at the limit to go FedEx ground. One option is to reduce the aileron to parts for shipping. If interested, PM me.

If all you are after are the ribs, but can find a damaged aileron. You can have the aileron cut in half or fourth saving the ribs, it could then ship in a smaller box and much cheaper.
