    Would someone be able to post a close up picture of a drag/anti drag wire adjusting nipple for the L2?

    Would they be the same as the B model ones, do you know? I had several different types in my wings (1946 BC12-D); whether on purpose or what I don't know.

      I think the B Model is a #6-40 thread, and the L2 is a #8-36. My father suggested that the L2 nipples might be the same as what was used for the Model A tail brace wires. That is why I wanted a picture.

        Here you go, the bolt fits perfectly, it is an AN-3, 10-32 threads

          Thanks, I guess we will keep looking. From the one A model I have looked at it appears that the Nipple is similar to the B Model, but has a flat shoulder instead of a beveled shoulder.

            Here's the drawing for the L-2 drag wire nipple. It's drawing D-801 and shows 10-32 threads as noted by Ron.
