That is what the Poly Fiber manual states as well, if not known use twice the spacing of the prop wash. The vertical fin was already done when I bough the project and it has a 4" spacing on it.
Anybody else wants to shime in?

    Thanks

Like I said at first, I seriously always use 2.5" on everything so I never have to worry about it....its a little more stitching but not as much as you would ever really notice.

    Jerry,

In my copy of AC43.13 there is a graph on page 2-21 that shows the spacing based on Vne speed. But before the graph it says to use manufacturer's spacing, if it can be determined. If not, then use the graph. I interpret it as 3.5" outside of the slipstream and 2.5" within. I suggest you obtain a copy and check it out for yourself, just to be sure. There is a lot of valuable info in there. I have seen a copy of it online somewhere.

    started a topic New 1940 BC65 Restoration.

    New 1940 BC65 Restoration.

    Happy New Year !!!

Well I was one of the lucky one to have everything wiped when this website went down, oh well.
I did have a few answers from specific question that I will need to re-post.
So to refresh everybody's memory I have attached the latest progress on my project.
    Currently covering the tail feathers.
Question, what is the stitching interval measurement for the tail feathers, 4"?
    Thanks all!
