FInd a local upolstry shop and get some 1/4" medium density foam, 3m77 spray and aluminum foil, cover the foam with foil after you check it for flammability, ie. it doesn't keep burning once you light it on fire, if it don't. then spray the foil, and foam, let them sit for a minute and then stick together, trim to fit.
