Will an -8 impulse coupling mag gear swap with a -12 gear? Tim

what mags? if its the slick conversion kit that uses the lycoming impluse spacer it should be the same i believe. If its the flat eismann gear then they are different.

I'm no A&P. But recently I swapped my A65-8 for a C85-12
I bought new mags. But I used the same gears.

Bendix s-20 series with impulse, I have 2 mags and no gears for an O-200 I am building. I have most of the big parts now, its just small stuff like oil pump gears and some hardware that I am missing. Tim

If you have the flat gears, then no they wont work.
