Cleveland brakes

I have a set of axle sleeves for my BC12-D and I want to convert to Hyd. brakes. Cleveland makes a conversion kit for the
F21 Taylorcraft. Will this kit work with the axle sleeves on my BC12-D? If so it would certainly save considerable time as they have a torque plate that I would not have to fabricate. As an aside all of the parts are PMA parts and have an STC that may or may not apply. (BTW Grove finally released the sleeves to me.)

I would just find a set of single puck Clevelands or McCauleys and us them. Double pucks are nice but not necessary. The hard part is master cylinders, how are you going to install them? Toe or heel brakes? Tim

The Cleveland brakes are 30-55 Single puck and the wheels are 40-86. I plan on fabricating the pedals for toe brakes. Thanks for all of the links,

I'm using Atlee Dodge wheel adapters and 6.00x6 Clevlands from a salvage Cesnna 177 with Grove park brake valve, the toe brakes are Spruce home builders kit.

After further research I noticed that the Cleveland torque plate only has 6 holes.....Bummer. Back to square one and I will try 150-172 brakes.

I got the whole package from Grove. It had TaylorCraft-specific torque plates that fit my '46 BC12-D perfectly.

Gentlemen,
Do any of you that upgraded your brakes have any of the old sets. I need parts for my left side Shinn brakes. Any help would be appreciated. Im running out of resources.
