  • Flyin at Alliance in 2005?

    I have been looking forward to a visit to Alliance this summer.
    Is there a flyin being planned, if so, when?

    I loved airplane seens I was a kid.
    The T- craft # 1 aircraft for me.

      Thank you Bob , hope you did not spill any coffee on the keyboard. I guess I need to post our Great Annual Fly-In at Alliance too. This thread will be devoted to the 33 rd Annual Reunion in Alliance which is always the week-end after the 4th of July.

      STRAIGHT OFF THE WEB SITE:

      July 8th,9th & 10th 2005: Taylorcraft Foundation, Taylorcraft Owner’s Club, Taylorcraft Factory Old-Timer’s Fly-In & Reunion. Breakfast served Sat & Sun by EAA Chapter #82. Public Invited.

      Rumors of a real schedule are flying, check back for details :
      Annual TOC & Foundation member meeting in the hangar Saturday at Sunset ( 9PM or so)....
      See the airplanes built in Alliance & the people that built them. Volunteers needed in all areas; see Forrest when you arrive.         the best coffee is in Alliance. Just stay away from the Mexican food...

                  Kelli was licking the screen..... WE seem to have WAY too much time on our hands today. That plaxo seemed to do the job , sure beats updating my rolo-dex.... still learning about it. I wonder if English Pubs are open on Sunday , it is 6:45PM there now

                    A wet day here, cant do garage projects. PC and TV, and getting packed for a trip to San Jose to scout for products. Then meet Ruth in SF for the weekend (love San Francisco for short "holidays").

                    Come to Houston and I will introduce you to Tex-i-can food. More sauce, more cheese, more meat. might as well call it gravy.

                      Well I love dogs, but I did not notice the difference. They all have wet noses. And yes, English pubs are open at 6:45 pm on a Sunday...or at least the ones I go to are!
