    Response to Ex-Employee Allegations:

First, let me thank all who have called and offered their support and encouragement. Ninety-nine percent of the Owners Club and Foundation member’s truly want the best for Taylorcraft Aviation.

The Internet is a powerful media, but it has a dark side where weak and lonely people hide and think they can change the world by trying to hurt others.

The truth is, Bob is the classic disgruntled employee who is somehow trying to blame me for his meager existence.

I will not stoop to his level, ever. However, I have contacted my attorney to put a stop to these unfounded allegations and harassment.

As far as market share, Taylorcraft has never been in a better position than it is today. We have the #1 aircraft for the new Light Sport Pilot and the #1 training aircraft in America.
With the move to Brownsville, we will have all the resources to build our plane in volume.

I am not ashamed to say this has been the hardest three years of my life and yes; all companies go through cash-flow problems. I have paid over 1 million dollars in payroll alone. No one said it would be easy and it hasn’t been. We are only a couple months away to returning the greatest airplane to the sky. My Commitment is to continue to work twelve hours a day and never give up.

Questioning someone’s faith is about as low as you can get. It is through my faith that I get the strength to continue on, especially in situations like this.

Taylorcraft will succeed and be a great company. Again, I ask for your support and patience.

    God Bless.

    Harry Ingram
    President

OK, Bob, you can either edit that post yourself or I will do it for you.

These forums are not for the airing of allegations in such a way as you have. You have rightly decided to set up your own site for such acerbic comments...please use that.

I don't object to the subject matter...just the way it is being presented. You are entitled to your opinions, but not to post them here in what I see is an unnecessarily vitriolic manner.

      As Forrest said:
We do not censor facts or the truth
but if you read the forum rules that you agreed to on signing up:
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are ... hateful, threatening,
you will see that your last post oversteps the line. So I will instigate
moderators of The Taylorcraft Foundation Discussion Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum
unless you remove the unpleasant nature of your messages yourself.

Well Ron, YOU may not be interested in Harrys antics, but alot of other people obviously are ------>Most users ever online was 90, 1 Day Ago at 23:08.<----, but if you'll notice, the record was broken for the amount of people online at any given time, yesterday, while checking out the information and comments concerning "OLE Harry's" business practices.... Bob, I believe everyone had the opportunity to view your opinions. Yours are formed from something from your belief system and so are Rons. The moderators are attemping to do what they believe is right here. Indeed ,there is no need for anyone to be hostile here. Frankly Rons comment "you saved me the trouble of blocking" is somethig I find to be offensive and objectionable AND smacks of hostility in thought. One brief sentance on his part should probably also warrent deletion. BUT alas you see the slippery slope we begin when we censor ones freedom of expressing opinon.......

Hello Jim!.. I totally agree with you... I felt the same way when I read it too. Seems like some people have no problem just standing around, and doing nothing, their time MUCH too valuable to be bothered , While everyone else but them are suffering an injustice! If I see innocent people, really anyone, being pillaged and plundered, IM GONNA DO something about it, Like I have. Usually people with that attitude are the loudest ones to whine when something happens to them... I hope he remembers this when it does. No offense intended,, Bob

"Please read this carefully so that you understand what I am trying to say. I have only had one occasion to deal with the factory. I called for a cowl piece, paid the price, and had the part within two days."

Thats the very first, one and only, positive business transaction I heard someone having with Harry Ingram. I knew that surely SOMEONE would eventually have a positive story... Thanks for your imput!. Bob Macey

Bob PLEASE relax out there, there are lots of good stories along with the bad... Maybe let us know who you are and WHAT you have done in Aviation to help for the common good. I have invested our whole life up here in Alliance since Mrs. Feris & Charlie came here in 1967. I have 28 based aircraft. WE have rebuilt quite a few and right now I am bringing a 3/4 Feishler Storch from Ex. Exhibition over to Light Sport Aircraft. You apprently worked at the factory for a while, what do you fly ? Any Taylorcrafts ? I see a lot of folks out there that thought they could get a good deal at $59,000 dollars and that is just IMPOSSIBLE.... I have another 5 acres to mow by dark bye Forrest

Harry Ingram, and "Taylorcraft Aviation Inc" are not incorporated. Harry did not pay his corporate taxes, The Secretary of State says Darleen is the only listed "officer" of the corporation. Harry HAS NEVER been listed as an "Officer". They lost their charter sometime last year for non payment of Franchise taxes. This means Harry has no corporate protections in lawsuits. Harry, Your process server must have gotten lost bringing me the paperwork where you claim your suing me!.. It seems to me that you've finally come to your senses. You know everything would come out about what your doing to people, and it sure would be easy to prove!
