I watched the skys this last weekend for you. We did a round trip railcar run from Iron Mountain to Ontonogan on the E&LS lines thru Amasa. Had a blast. Do you know Dave Grenfell (old pilot) from Iron Mountain. What a hoot he was to talk to! He runs the rails.

I flew back from Osh Saturday....yea Dave G is a Hoot. He's got a loudy colored splashy C-172 orang and green with checkers......He's a dandy.

A great place, especially the great little State Park at Porcupine, just north of Ironwood.

I grew up in Ontonagon and I spent my youth in the Porcupine Mountains. I used to buzz lake of the clouds with the J3....Beautiful.....
