    Found the wheel grease seals.

    For any one looking for front and rear greese seals for the Shinn Wheels, you can purchase them from
    Sky Bound, Atlanta, GA 770-446-6797, the owner is Jim Greene. I purchased mine today. Rex

      Have they sent them to you? I "purchased" those same items SIX times last year between the months of June and November. I never did receive them or any parts I attempted to buy from them. I was extremely disappointed as I really wanted to support them for making these parts. I ended up using Doug combs from luscombe. I was never charged on my credit card. i would still continue looking until the parts are in your hand. Buyer beware.

        We received our Shinn Back plates today from Skybound. very happy. called and ordered them friday.
        They included a price list too, the grease seals are $4 each.

          Though I have never ordered from Skybound I have heard more negative than positive over the years. I hope you get your grease seals.

            No I needed other parts to the brakes (the adjustment wedges I think) and he had those. No seals...

              Skybound owes me about 5-6 sets of rebuilt brake shoes for at least 5 years now.

              I recently noticed several people here paypal'd me funds for seals and did not notify me they were doing so. So if you were one of those people, I apologize and those will go out next week. For anyone else wanting some, please pm me so I am aware of your purchase. I have plenty of new outers, but no new inners.

                I purchased the grease seals over the phone. I was told that they had the seals in stock. I did not ask the price, and have not receaved the seals yet. I purchased wedges last year from Skybound and did not have a problem. they were shipped to me in a timely manner. I hope I do receave the seals , they are needed. Rex
