Fuselage Length

Does someone have a good number on how long a T-craft fuselage is, from the firewall to the tailpost (minus FWF, and minus rudder)?

If memory serves me correctly I think it is 16'.....no more then 17'

How accurate a number do you need? I have the factory fuselage drawings here someplace.

Just trying to figure out if a fuselage can be moved in a 16' truck, or if it needs to be longer?

I was wrong before. Just went out to the hanger and measured it....208 inches(17' 4") from the tailpost to the firewall.

When I trucked mine we put the fuselage in angled across the floor. I also depends on how wide the truck is and if it is a bare fuselage you can put the tail in the "mom's loft" over the cab. Doesn't work as well if the fuselage has the fin attached. Hard to angle enough if the stab is on.
