sure, fabricate the simple clamp on assembly that the factory used and install it.

Does anyone have a drawing of the clamp on right brakes the factory used?

A gentleman recently gave me the drawing for the right side brakes. It is a little rough, but may be helpful. I can scan it and send it to anyone who needs it.
              Cheers,
              Marty

I don't know if it would be of any interest but the 45 T I have been restoring for so many years had factory RH Brakes. It was an odd bird with a modified pre-war fuselage and hand made stamped sheet metal ribs. FULL of funny little differences from the stock post war (and even pre-war) planes.
I was told that it was built in the last quarter of 45, but held at the factory along with one other "45 Deluxe" to do experimental modifications on. It even had the two wood triangle sky lights that were never put into production. It also has a funny engine mount that puts the engine at a slightly different height and what used to be a really pretty compound curved lower cowl.
