Get rid of the "sissy pants"...they're good for gathering mud and ice and causing problems! haha
Great looking plane...should be lots of fun!

Wheel pants, I believe, actually slow my 172 down a knot or 2. BUT they do a great job keeping, snow, mud, and stones off the wings and tail.

Yeah, you have to tell John to sign off until he gets the bugs worked out of all his posts,lol...sorry John but I couldn't help myself.......and you have no idea how many times I tried to squash that damn little bug with my thumb. Everytime I knew I got the little bastard he just kept crawling out from under my thumb and would do another figure 8!!!! I bet it took me a good 3 or 4 times to figure out what the hell was going on.

I have to admit, I got quite a kick out of it after I FINALLY figured it out.

With a foot of snow in front of the hanger door today, I will not be flying for at least a week. Montana winter flying on a clear day is beautiful as it gets. You will like the extra performance that the old bird will have.

Robert, we have a foot of new snow too. Hopefully, we'll get the other foot they're predicting tonight!! If not, it could be a really dry hot summer!
With the # of Tcrafts around, we may just have to have some sort of get together this spring!

We've got a huge brush fire and dozens of houses consumed. Moving towards town. The weather guessers are hoping for some sloppy wet stuff hopefully before morning.
