I just bought a 1941 TC and not real sure what I did it for. I have not flown a tail dragger in 40 years! It was just to cute to pass up and now I need to brush up on my tail wheel expertise. Any ideas?

Re: ok, I bought it
OK, here it is. Has not been annualled in 5 years, bought from a widow. Got 4 new recon, cyls with it. Poly fiber wings 2005, 75 hp conversion, fuselage in the late 90s, has a built in nav/com but just a battery and no gen or starter, wing tanks and perfect paper work.
I will get serious about trying to fly her as soon as it gets warmer. Not sure if there is even a heater in there. Now, I am thinking wind generator would be nice.
Are the wheel pants something that really helps or are they just for looks?Tom T

Yah, it's not a big deal Tom. Easy to find. When you get comfy, and the wx gets good, we'll have to see ya over here!
Get rid of the "sissy pants"...they're good for gathering mud and ice and causing problems! haha
Great looking plane...should be lots of fun!
