Hey everyone, I am in need of two adjustment screws for Shinn Brakes. ( I have the other two) The little boot looking things with the other triangle that goes on them and the lng nut that has the clip holes. Anybody have any extras? Literally the last two parts I need for our project. Tried Skybound, they either do not answer or when they do they are always checking stock and do not return my calls. Thanks.

Re: Help! Shinn brake adjustment screws needed
Those stinking little adjusters seem to always be a stumbling block on brakes. We need to figure out how to MAKE them for the tribe. Once we have a method we could make up a batch and sell everyone a spare set. When they are worn they don't work worth a blast and make setting up the brakes almost impossible. Do you have a worn set and need new ones or are they completly missing?

does anyone have a schematic of the Shinn brake assembly, they are not complex but my trouble seems to keep the little triangle adjusters in place while the shoes go back on. They do go on with the adjusters wedging against the end of the shoe, below and the brake mounting plate vertically ,on the lower shoe, Im I thinking right.?Pictures are worth a thousand words.
