Hartenbower's is always an interesting landing with all the planes lining both sides. It has been several years since I dropped in there.
      Cheers,
      Marty

I will have to check with my wife to see if she wants to go, we were planning on a trip south to a restaurant in Missouri.
          Cheers,
          Marty

Being from England, the Ambassador may not realize that America is the most litigious country in the world. Too many lawyers in the first place, then on top of that, many are poorly trained. MANY MANY wind up running for office as they can't make a decent living otherwise and wind up in Congress! My brake linings are riveted but I seem to remember someone taking some to a muffler shop where the operator quickly rivieted them at nominal cost. Does this sound right? JC

Or president. I don't think I would be taking them to a muffler shop.

Slower than the trip down there, but good, no problem. At least it was clear for the flight back so I could see which trucks were passing up my shadow along I39. How was your hop home George? Next Sunday is the Rochelle pork chop lunch by the way if you're interested.

Point well taken reguarding legal issues, on our certificated aircraft. There is an excellent video on this subject right now on the EAA web site, It is under the Mutitimedia heading on the Eaa home page , sub heading Videos, It is titled Webinar- Owner produced parts for Cetificated aircraft, presented by Mike Busch. It is one hour 20 minutes but I would recomend every one who can listen to it . It clears up a lot of misunderstanding on this subject, and many will be plesently suprised .
