Prop Hub

I just got one back from the shop, yellow tagged, but unfortunately it's already spoken for.

I picked up an A65 this afternoon that had a hub, but I am not sure your I/A would consider it airworthy. The old boy who had the engine liked to rivet nut plates on the back side of the hub. I have another of his hubs and he did the same to it. You might ask your I/A if he has ever seen this done before and if it is legal. Anybody else seen this?
