    Re: Insurance suggestions

My former spouse worked for Beechcraft for a while and she told me they had one file on a suit where they had to pay $4.5 mil.

Guy flew Beechcraft (Bonanza I think) into a mountain side at cruise and the wife sued because the older aircraft didn't have shoulder harnesses.

The biggest piece of the plane was about the size of a mail box.

"First we kill all the attorneys." What is that quote from?

In California I understand we have one doctor per 800 residents, but we have one attorney per 30 residents.

"The first thing we do," said the character in Shakespeare's Henry VI, is "kill all the lawyers."

Thanks for all the advise. Very interesting. I purchased liability insurance with hull insurance when not in motion, like in the hanger. It was very reasonable through Packer & Associaltes in Ohio.
