  • Propane preheater

Would one of these fit in my tcart? It runs off a little propane bottle, and looks like you can get an extension cord for it too.

Maybe I'll look into that when I'm in Anchorage. I think I'd prefer something that will just fit under the cowling though.

If the propane starts a fire and its under the cowling, you would have serious problems. Dont ask how I know.... Duct it up from under the aircraft.

              Re: Propane preheater

I know those propane heaters work good in tents and between the leggs when ice fishing or on a hunting stand.

I have a professional aircraft heater that I got from a part 135 company that I will never need here in Savannah, Ga. I need it out of my way. I'll go look and see who makes it. it uses a propane bottle and a 12v battery. call me at 912-844-3886. I'll sell it cheap!
