No brakes for sale. Just trying to be funny!
I will confess that brakes didn't put my t-craft on its back. Landed downwind into a storm with winds 20g30 and failed to lower the elevator during the rollout.

            Should have lied
But don.t feel too bad,i think anyone who has flew awhile has done something like that' saved mine with a blast of power, but i learned to pay more attention to windsocks after that.

Most Tcrafters agree that the F-19 mechanical brakes are just fine. IF you still want hydraulic brakes there are set ups for heel & toe brakes..... the heel are the easiest ; that is a Swick STC. the tow have to be either off a C-150 OR find what you need off a wrecked F-21, OR check with the factory.... bye Forrest

                Brakes

I hate my brakes. The cables are all kinked up and have memory so whenever I stomp on the brakes they lock up. Additionally, they are so poor that they can barely hold the plane for run up, but probably the worst thing is that I am powerless in the wind to taxi. In order to turn in the wind I have to come to a complete stop and add a lot of power with full rudder to effect a turn against the wind. This has caused numerious prop dings and that is expensive. The result is that I don't fly it anymore. I am hoping that a good set of brakes will help.
