neoprene gaskets for fuel caps

Anyone know what one can lubricate the neoprene gaskets in the fuel caps with to make the caps easier to put on and off? Jack.

AutoZone, excused me, AeroZone has sheets to cut out. Also local tractor supply has stuff like caps and seals. I have been told
