Can anyone post a pic of a Heath tailwheel setup on a Taylorcraft? I need to source some springs to make the Heath work. The spring angle seems very steep compared to other tailwheel setups.

I don't have any pictures, but when I had my BL the springs for steering were kind of mushy. I had to be realy careful tixing in a cross wind. Tom

        Bob,

Perfect! I will use the eyebolts to reduce spring angle as you and others have done. I appreciate the pics.....set's my mind at ease.

I just had a regular tension springs, no chains or links. The springs just hooked to the rudder horn and tailwheel. Tom

How does this look? I will mouse the clips and spring ends after paint and at re-assembly.
