That's the way I still use it. Kind of fun to toss a little in once in a while to get a point across. Some of the insults are really entertaining, and I heard a few when I was a kid living next door.
I was the neighbor "Goy" they could count on on the Sabbath to do the stuff they weren't allowed to. Gave me a life long love for Kosher food.

Yo estoy renovando un Taylorcraft BC12D, 1946. Los miembros de este foro estan receptivo a ayudarle. Yo tambien le ofresco mi ayuda. Hablo, leo, Y escribo el lenguaje. Parece que ya viene el invierno a esa parte de el mundo. Quisiera un dia ir a Mendoza Venezuela. Uvas para vino de alta calidad. Aunque no tomo. viendolo en Google Tierra, esta en la cordillera de los Andes. Precioso paisaje. Ciao, Y buena suerte con su proyecto. Estoy en California del Sur.

I'm rebuilding a 1946 BC12D Taylorcraft. The people in the Tribe will will be glad to help Leo and Tony offered his help. He says he speaks, reads, and writes the language. Tony said is looks like it's already winter where Leo is. He would also like to get to Mendoza Venezuela some day. He then said he lives in Southern California in a Wine growing region (and a very good one, but they don't grow a lot of grapes). Google Earth shows Leo is in the mountain ranges of the Andes. Really pretty country there. He then said "Ciao" (getting complex here, three languages!), and good luck with his project.

Gracias a todos por la bienvenida!
Me gustaría que me ayuden, en algunos aspectos técnicos, en la restauración de mi avión "Boyero".
Les cuento que es un avión inspirado en el Taylorcraft construido en la Fábrica Militar de Aviones de Argentina bajo la denominación FMA20 en 1940, bautizado "Boyero", perteneció a la dotación de la Fuerza Aérea Argentina durante largos años. La principal diferencia con el Taylor era que carecía de compensadores y trim de elevador.

Volviendo a mi avión les dejo una foto del primer día en mi casa, muy sucio todo.. jaja
Si les parece bién, puedo ir subiendo fotos del proceso de restauración y mis preguntas para que me ayuden.

Hi Tony

Thanks to everyone for the welcome. I would like your help in ceretain technical aspects of the restoration of my airplane named "Boyero". I can tell you, that this airplane was inspired by, the Taylorcraft. It was manufactured by Military Aircraft Of Argentina by the model designation FMA20, mfg date 1940. It was christened(baptized) "Boyero". It belonged to, The Argentinian Air Force for many years.
The primary difference from the Taylorcraft was, The absence of trim in the elevator.

Necesito si me pueden pasar fotos, planos o dibujos del asiento. Ya que lo tengo que fabricar.

Y también me gustaría que me den datos de algun Taylorcraft con motor 100HP, peso y balanceo, performance, etc Todo es bienvenido. Mi avión será experimental y su motor es un EJ22 EFI.

Mi Taylorcraft es un BC12D, 1946. El asiento es de tela con un cojines de cuero. Estoy reconstruyendo la tela. La compania Aircraft Spruce tiene, Y tambien el compartamento de equipaje que es de tela. Mandame un correo electronico a [email protected], Y te mando un attachment de imagenes.La mayoria de los miembros, no hablan Espanol. Si pudieras usar los transladores de ingles en el Internet, ellos tambien, te pudieran ayudar.
