  • Looking for NC96371

Anyone know Ronald Reid in Oxnard, CA? I had a friend send me a neat picture recently of NC96371 in Miami on floats. I'll try to post below. Just curious-- since 96371 is still registered. Is she still flying?

    Thanks,
    Josh

Anyone able to read the tail number on the "other" Taylorcraft?

I enlarged the picture and there just isn't enough pixel's to smooth it out.
You might be able to see it if you have the original picture and a magnifing glass.

Hmmm. Is the other plane a T-craft? Looks like it has a balanced rudder and a jack screw trim at the leading edge of the horiz. stab???? h

They're pretty darn close, with the shape of the fuselages, tail and the paint jobs. You'd almost think the same guy designed them

balanced rudder and adjustable horizontal are the dead giveaways
