    I didn't think of it until now but I bet you could get rid of that screech BY just giving that fairlead an its "mount" a slight little twist or tiny tiny bend so that you changed the stiffness and the natural frequency.

      Thank you for sharing this... I will get the lube from Wicks! I will also check the tension on the rigging. I do not have any experience with rigging but as I see it to raise the ailerons to get the correct droop I would tighten the forward cable turnbuckle. Then loosen the rear cable turnbuckle to get the correct tension?

        That makes sense.

        If you want to try some par-alketone for the squeek alone I could mail you a dash in a zip lock bag.
