I have this new scanner setup that I am using with Adobe pro to produce searchable/editable .pdf files from a pallet of old Computer Manuals.
I would like to try it on the Taylorcraft manuals, to produce not just a digital version but one you can search for names or part numbers and also cut and paste into other documents. I would want to put it online here, after checking on the copyright status. Otherwise I couldn't put it HERE and instead would hope that no one would hack into my server and steal it.
The manuals I have are the same crappy ones that we have all been buying for the past 20 years. They are bad xerox copies, made on a worn out machine from crappy copies someone found in the trash behind another bad copier. The folks that sold these things must have eyesight like Mr. Magoo.
So, does anyone have a crisp original and readable manual or two they would be willing to loan be to scan?
