Fun in the snow in the UK this last weekend

The UK has been hit by a whiter-than-normal winter this year:



The rectangle in the photo below shows the area in which I live:



Zooming in even further, to the area highlighted by the rectangle...

...you see the extent of the unexpected snow...






If you zoom in a bit closer, enough, you'll see my home airfield...




...and zooming in even closer you'll see a G-registered Taylorcraft having fun in the snow....

Extreme cold in China, freezing temperatures in the U.S. down to Florida, unusually cold in England.
Must be global warming.

The worst Winter ever in NE OHIO, we had 7 operations since Christmas, I plowed it and the ground hardly ever froze , we are real soggy and 50 F tonight .
