Can anyone confirm if the L2 and BC / F series ailerons are the same? I have a customer that dropped off an aileron from his L2 to have the sheet metal replaced and honestly its going to need a lot more than that before I'll sign it off as airworthy. To save him from spending a lot of money to have me completely rebuild this one I figure he can buy a good used airworthy one for half the price of restoring the original.
