  • C-90 in BC12-D

I am toying around with the idea of installing a C-90 in T-Rex. I already have the Harer STC installed with a C-85-12. IMHO with the electrical system and all the other stuff it needs more power for floatplane operations. With the Harer STC you need to do a field approval for installation of an O-200, in this case you can use flight data from the F-19 T-Craft. What will I need to Show the feds for data to install a C-90? Any body out there with a C-90 could you please review your paperwork and let me know how it was done. I would appreciate any info.

    Thanks, Brad

Do the Don's Dream Machine mods to the 85. Somewhere near 100 horsepower (ask me how I know!)

I was thinking about that also. Does Dons do anything special or do you get that power with any 0-200 crank conversion?

I assume so...they're all (both) the same type of mod...O-200 crank, rods & pistons.

Makes a helluva difference to the 85!

Do they port and polish the cylinders?

No idea...but Don Sword will answer that. Mine isn't so.

Chec the threadlabeled For Once and For All. I attached the paperwork you need for a C90 install there.
