    Hank,
I like your suggestion on ordering them in large numbers, we need to know how many wants to change them this or next year and what type they use.
    Count me in for 4.

      Re: Correct bungees for F22?

If we want to do this the first step is to find out which part number bungees are used on each type Taylorcraft (and maybe any other similar planes using the same part numbers from other type clubs to increase the size of the buy).
Second step will be to get a coordinator for each part number to collect the names of all the people who want to participate (and the date they last replaced their bungees).
Third we approach the manufacturer with an offer for a mass buy (our mass is small, but better than individual buys) and the coordinators collect the funds, buy the bungees and distribute them, hopefully in some of those get togethers. Even if you DON'T change your bungees at a fly-in you will get to help others (or watch) so it will be easier when you go home to do yours.

I will volunteer to collect names for the 41 BC-12-65s and find out what part number is needed. Anybody else?
      Hank
