Unfortuately I really don't think we are going to get anything from the "FOUNDATION" going to have to do it alone, I won't say anymore
    on that, its unfortunate.

To any of the forum moderators:

Most of us play nice here, for the most part, but all I can remember from Mr. "Bob the interior man" is a lot of immature and childish comments. These last two posts of his have worn thin with me, as I am sure they have with others. Irregardless of any First Amendment Right issues I think these replies and comments, as well as his privelege to post here, should be yanked. I would hope to think we can try to be mature and help one another on this wonderful venue and not "Go off" as Mr. Bob seems to do quite often.

        To 'Bob the interior man':

Please feel free to rant in all the PM's to me you want. I just won't read them. I don't think anyone else here would care to either.

        Thank you!
        Cheers,
        Marty

              Chris Taylor (Tawadc95),

My comment still stands. I have offered suggestions on many occassions as to how these folks can band together to address this situation with their loss. What have you done regarding this problem and this thread?

PS: You can call me any name you want, though what you suggest is untrue. And, as you will note, I sign all my posts with my name. I don't hide behind a moniker, as you.

Re: Harry's STILL at the factory

It is really sad that we are starting to jump on each others backs when what we have in common is how we feel about Harry. Come on guys, shake hands and remember what we are all here for. NONE of us is happy with Harry and all the trash he has caused but I hate to see a couple of us getting mad at each other when HARRY is the real root of the problem. I never lost any money with Harry, but would gladly participate however I'm asked to nail his hide to the barn wall. I have 4 nice struts leaning against the hangar wall because of his tricks. I just don't have time to step on every cockroach I see. Got to get my plane back up first.

Re: Harry's STILL at the factory

There's a concept out there called "Bubba Baiting" I believe.

The idea is that before any group of people can get together to take you on, you encourage or even coerce them all to spin their wheels madly, burn themselves out, or allow their meetings to degenerate into internal strife and snapping at each other.

You sit back and watch with a grin, while the group that could have done something about you melts itself down into chaos, or loses any credibility they could have had.

Those of us who could be in a position to act as "control rods" in this nuclear reactor should be doing so, if the best interests of the Taylorcraft community are indeed the priority.

Yes -- Let's stop bashing each other and get a letter to the owners out.

Here's a possible plan -- please modify with any better ideas.

                    What needs to be done?

Say we meet in Alliance on the fly in to do the labeling and mailing. That gives us about 2 months to get it all together.

We have a draft letter -- needs final editing and fitting to one page for a tri fold letter.

Decide on final printing and postage cost (depends on Foundation support).

Collect the $ to get it printed folded stapled and stamped.

                    Do the printing.

                    I'll generate the labels.

                    Collect in Alliance.

If we can have a group of about 20 of us to do the label sticking, I could be done in an afternoon over beers.

                      Bill,

As you know my past posts have attempted to get the several Taylorcraft owners who are victims of this person, together. I also believe I was the one who suggested contacting all the Taylorcraft owners to notify them of the problems. And, as you may also know, I don't even own a Taylorcraft anymore. I have tired of the few who do act like bloody idiots and hide behind a computer screen persona. Apparently I need to point out to Chris Taylor that instead of calling one names, perhaps some here need to act more like gentlemen, himself included. I wish those that are victims, and future victims of the factory, the best of luck. I'm done with this site for awhile. See ya'!
                      Cheers,
                      Marty

Yes I couldn't agree more, this bashing deal isn't the key. Working together is. That deal in Alliance would be fun and rewarding or "could be" don't know what kinda feedback we would get from Forrest on it, guess he isn't running the show anyway on this. I'm a member of the Cessna 190/195 Club, and Staggerwing Club, we don't have this kind of unrest among patrons, all work together, and its a very rewarding envolvement, we need more of that, and if it means that we need to re-organize ourselves, maybe form a new type club that is more member orientated, then we should, what we have now doesn't seem to work. This forum is a good deal, the rest of the organizations in place in my opinion don't serve the better enjoyment of the

If you are refering to the Taylorcraft Foundation, you may notice that we only do e-mailing and internet. The Foundation has no bulk mailing privledge. the Foundation will support any member(s) that have been victims of ruthless business practices. WE ( the Foundation) feel that the most seriously injured parties should get together with a lawsuit to recover any monies that are owed to them. I testified in court twice in the past two years and it worked out real well for the parties bringing the lawsuit before the court.
Get together and act if you expect to recover damages.

We ALL need to take responsibility for our own actions. If we keep trying to hold others responsible for all our own dumb or misguided decisions we won't be able to blow our own noses pretty soon.
