If nothing is available on the forum try an ad in trade a plane.
It worked for me several years ago.

I looked on tradeaplane and didn't find one. I read other forums on this page and wonder about building a leg from the good parts I have.

I am in the process of building a new set for my Clipwing (experimental) Any AP that is good at welding should be able to repair your existing gear. I think the materials for my entire new set- including new straight axles and new strut material was about $500. I will have 30-40 hours in them when I am done building this new set. If it were just a repair that should be much less. We have cut out the old tapered axles and replaced lots of tubing before. It takes time but is better than taking a chance on getting crummy gear. If the axles and fittings can be salvaged the rest is easy.

I am going to have my gear ultrasounded by a buddy, and cant seem to track down drawings. I need to know the original wall thickness of all the various tubes. Hopefully one of you can tell me?
                    Thanks,
                    Brad
