Gentlemen,
Attached NPRM went out in the Federal Register today addressing the TCraft strut attach fitting. An error was made in the docket number date. The
correct docket number should be FAA-2008-0177.
A correction is being made and will be published in the Federal Register. In the meantime, please instruct your type club members and interested parties to address any comments on the NPRM to the correct docket number FAA-2008-0177.
We intend to monitor the incorrect docket number as well for comments since we don't expect to be able to get the word out to everyone in the general public.
