No Photos!

I have tried, unsuccessfully and have been reading about others who tried, unsuccessfully, for several days now. We are unable to attach photos to email. Thought I would start a thread to get someone (webmaster?) to notice. Larry

I am having the same trouble. I had been able to upload them from my MY PICTUES folders before but now when I try it has the "not a valid file" notice.

Mr Admin needs to contact vBulletin...I've tried correcting the issue myself, and the installed software says it should work OK, but it doesn't, as we all know.

About time for a vBulletin upgrade perhaps?

In the short term, set up a Photobucket account (free) and use the [ IMG ] function on this bulletin board to link the photos from there to here.

I'm sure our webmaster will be along shortly with the permanent fix.

Well it seems to work for other file types. Why it doesn't work for jpg's, I've no idea.

Robert, When you get your pictures in photobucket, go below the picture and click on IMG, when go to taylorcraft, click reply,right click then paste and now you have the picture there, it has to start with IMG and end with IMG
that should work.

No Avatars either

I have tried many times to load an Avatar and get the same "Invalid File" message. I adjusted the file size down to nothing just to see if there was a conflict there, but still no luck.

If you decide to use Photobucket (or other similar providers), please keep your photo sizes down to a sensible size (say 100kb) for us poor dial-up monkeys.

Remember, computers generally display at 72dpi, so anything more than that is just a waste of my phone bill.
