I have a 1977, F19 serial number 105 and I have had one set of struts replaced on the right side. About 10 years ago, if I read things correctly. It's my understanding that if I have sealed struts. The A.D. would not apply to me??
My question is, how do I know what type of struts. I have on my plane? I don't have anything like that in my logs and was just wondering if somebody can tell me if there is a way to tell what type of struts. You have, by using the serial number of the aircraft or is there a way to look at the strut it self and tell if it's sealed? Any help would be greatly appreciated
