  • Fuel gage float doesn't float

I was going to go flying today, but the fuel gage float was all the way to the bottom. I did a visual inspection of the fuel level and it was down about 3 inches. It appears my float doesn't float on the top of the fuel. Anybody else have this problem? Where can I get another one?

If you have the cork style (I have had 2 from WAG AERO that sunk when using auto fuel), you can replace it with a J3 cub style one from Univair, its composite and won't sink. Tim

I just called Univair and they have one with and one without the cap.

Does the float with cap work on a T-craft or do I need to use my old cap?

          Tim.
Do you by any chance have a Univair part number for the J-3 Cap and float?

          Thanks

              Thanks Tim.
I just wanted to make sure that was the correct part.
