Big wing tanks

Has anyone ever looked into or tried to put Cub style tanks in the wings with Tank covers? I am thinking of ditching the header tank because I am sick of the auto gas oddddeeerrr Any inputs would be appreciated. Tim

Tim,
If you do it, be sure to mount like the cub not like the F21's - bad tank and mount design - also the F21 didn't have removable covers over them and be sure to follow regs, 337's, blah, blah blah.
Had one, been there.
