    Not what i meant. My point was whose has a full STC to install a 12 gallon wing tank, not just a one time or field approval. Although those would help. The issue with more fuel is more weight and with more fuel on board legally you are down to solo flight only on take-off.

      Full STCd tanks (meaning 26 gallons = 156 lbs of fuel) and one standard FAA person with some gear is all you'll get out of a 900 plus empty weight, 1300/1325 lbs gross
      L2. But you can fly 3 hours on 18-20 gallons... so leave one outboard tank dry... or better yet fill each outboard tank half way and you can take anything from a small child to a chic super model with you. One third to half tanks and you can load in fat ol' me too for an hour on a 90-100 mile trip. With regards; ED OBRIEN
