      Re: wood fourmers

      Marc,
There are a number of Taylorcrafts in Oregon, including mine. Please feel free to take a look anytime to see how things go together.
Also, although it's not right in front of me, I think the owner's manual and the parts catalog both show former locations.

      cheers,
      Vincent

          marc,
Sorry I didn't get to you this weekend.....my dog's been sick and I was at the vet on saturday (back again this morning). Looks like it could be serious.

I've seen several Taylors with a fabric'd in baggage compartment, but never paid enough attention to exactly how they did it to be much help to you. As far as I know, all the post war BC12's had a headliner/baggage sling set-up, although I'm certain somebody here has one finished with fabric. Perhaps they'll shoot a couple pics for you.

            Re: wood fourmers

I laced in canvas, with a wood floor and front. that way I can remove it when doing the annual. Later it will be Velcro in head liner. Tim

That oversize canvas bag is exactly what I want to put in mine, glad to see someone else had the same idea!

If you dont change the baggage weight or CG, The local fsdo told me it was not a major alteration. Tim
