Thumbnails in address bar

I see that everyone's thumbnail picture is in the address bar of their posts except for mine which is located in the body of the text. How do I move it up to the address bar and can I change it easily to match my mood or the season etc.

you have your photo loaded as an option for your signature; you could delete that and re-add the photo as your avatar. Login and click on Users CP to edit your profile.
