    howdy all,i have been rebuilding my bcs12-d i have a left and right 6 gal wing tank is this stock if not do i need to get a stc to be legal .marc

    Likely to be a 337. It didn't have any wing tank before?
    Edit--I just saw the "S," does that stand for the standard model with no extra goodies?

        The Type Certificate Data Sheet under engines and accessories shows as item 115 shows;

        Auxiliary 6 gal. fuselage fuel tank installation (fuel arm +35)
        (BC, BCS, BC-65, BCS-65)

        I was told by an IA that if it is on the TCDS you don't need anything other than a logbook entry?

            The BC12D can have both Left and Right wing tanks per the TCDS. Tom
