Skylights: Clayton vs F-22?

Over the previous year we've heard discussion of various approaches to installing a skylight in a BC-12D. There is Bill's, Mr. Clayton's and the approach used in the F-22.

Can someone please contrast/compare Mr. Clayton's and the F-22 approach? What is the cost of Mr. Clayton's STC? is one approach easier? - MikeH

I have a copy of a field approval from an F-19 that I am trying to get scanned so I can get it uploaded on the site, that would be much cheaper than an STC. Just a though. Tim
