    Re: Columbia, CA... when?

Thanks for the pictures, I don't have any of them. Very nice.

Our airport here at Los Banos would be OK for a daytime event, but I think the area is too busy (auto traffic nearby) and not enough shade trees for overnight camping.
It would be nice to have some kind of fly-in here, maybe improve our local relationship with the non-flying public. We have a major problem here of "take airplane out of hangar, fly somewhere, fly back, close hangar, go home." Sorry to say that it has become worse the last few years.

Flew to the Tayloraft Rendevouz at Sonoma Skypark this morning...there were still a handful of Taylorcrafters there. Here are a few pics (that's my Mooney behind the T in the last pic):

            Hi Everyone!

I'm friends with owner of the nice looking blue and white bird. My friends and I spent most of the afternoon out in Sonoma hanging out with the T-cart folks, and I took a bunch of photos that I'd like to share.

            Four pages, 127 photographs:

Good meeting some of you (I was on the red Triumph motorcycle), and I'm sure I'll be out there again next year.

            Keep 'em flying,
